1. Ingredients

Chop the onion, break up the egg, and separate the yolk from the white.

2. Mix I.

Put butter, egg yolk, ketchup, mustard, worchester sauce, red pepper, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix the ingredients well. (If the butter is left a little chunky, that’s okay.)

Stir in the minced tenderloin and onion. Put in the refrigerator until served.

4. Serving

Shape the beef tatar to the way you want it. (Can be shaped very easily with a fork.) Cut tomatoes into articles, cucumbers and red onions into rings. Spread beef tatar on toasted bread, serve the vegetables next to it.
