1. Ingredients
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
The ingredients may get wet from the steam, the meats may release juice, if you experience this, wipe them dry with a paper towel.
Slice the kale and tear the spinach. Chop the garlic and basil. Grate the parmesan and squeeze the mozzarella.
2. Marinade
In a mixing bowl, mix the butter and parmesan. Salt and pepper to taste. Leave for a few minutes.
3. Chicken
Put the chicken breasts in a baking sheet and smear with the marinade. If marinade remains in the mixing bowl, place it on top of the meat. Roast for 15-18 minutes.
4. Vedgetables
Heat the olive oil in a medium pan and fry the garlic over a medium heat, then add the spinach and kale. Pour some water and simmer for 4-5 minutes. When done, remove from the heat, salt, pepper, cover and set aside.
5. Sauce
Wipe the pan you used before. Boil the marinara sauce over low heat for approx. 0.5 dl of water. When it boils, put the chicken breasts, set the flame to medium. Spoon the sauce over the chicken breasts and then sprinkle the crushed mozzarella on it. Cover the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes. Once the cheese has melted on the chicken, it is ready.
6. Serving
Place the spinach kale on one side of the plate and spoon the sauce on the other side. Stay the chicken breasts for the garnish.
