1. Ingredients
Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. The ingredients may get wet from the steam, the meats may release juice, if you experience this, wipe them dry with a paper towel.
Grate the zucchini on a large-hole grater, the parmesan on a small-hole grater, and chop the garlic and green spices.
2. Zucchini
Heat some olive oil in a pan. Fry the garlic over medium heat, add the grated zucchini. Salt in pepper and simmer for approx 5 minutes. When done, set it aside and to cool.
Mix zucchini, parmesan, eggs, white crumbs and green spices in a mixing bowl.
3. Balls
