Tilapia fillet with messenian mashed potatoes

2 850 Ft

The tilapia fillet is floured a bit and seasoned with grated lemon zest and lemon juice. The Kalamata olives typical of the region were used to make the mashed potatoes from the Far East. Kalamata perfectly enhances the taste of mashed potatoes and fits perfectly with lemon tilapia.

Cooking

Chefbag - Tilapia fillet with messenian mashed potatoes

1. Ingredients

The ingredients may get wet from the steam, the meats may release juice, if you experience this, wipe them dry with a paper towel. Grate the lemon zest and squeeze it. Finely chop the parsley and cut the olives in half.

Put the potatoes to cook.

2. Tilapia

Salt and pepper the fillets, then flour a bit. Smelt a little butter in a pan when the butter starts to sizzle put the fish in. Cover the pan and turn the fillet over until the edges start to whiten. When the other side is roasting, sprinkle with a little lemon zest and sprinkle a little lemon juice around the fish. If it is ready, take it out and set it aside covered.
