1. Rice vermicelli
Put the rice vermicelli in a saucepan, pour over hot water and cover and set aside for 5-6 minutes. When done, rinse with cold water.

2. Ingredients
The ingredients may be damp from moisture, wipe them dry with a paper towel.
Using a knife, squeeze the garlic and chop it. Cut the leaves of the bok choy. Finely chop the onion and spring onion and grate the carrots.

3. Chicken & vedgetables
Melt the coconut fat in a pan. When hot, add the onions and garlic and fry it. Then add the chicken strips and sprinkle with curry powder. Mix it.

4. Singapore chicken
If the chickens are a little toasted, add the bok choy, then salt and pepper. If the bok choy also starts to crumble a little, put the carrots in the pan, cook and stir for another 1 minute, then add the cooked dough as well. Pour over the Chefbag # 5 sauce, mix well. Sprinkle with spring onions.

5. Serving
