1. Ingredients

The ingredients may get wet from the steam, the meats may release juice, if you experience this, wipe them dry with a paper towel.

Cut the garlic and the spring onion into thin slices. Put the potato rings in a saucepan and start cooking over high heat in salt water. When the water boils, reduce it. Approx. In 10-12 minutes to cook. When done, pour the water off the potatoes.

2. Onions & Spinach
