1. Ingredients
The ingredients may get wet from the steam, the meats may release juice, if you experience this, wipe them dry with a paper towel.
Cut the leeks into smaller slices and the mushrooms into larger slices.

2. Paleo salmon
Heat a little olive oil in a pan and put the salmon fillets first, with the skin side down. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 3-5 minutes, then turn over and bake for another 2-3 minutes. It’s good if your skin is already crispy, but the flesh is still pink. When done, take the salmon out of the pan.

3. Leek & mushroom
Wipe the pan a little with a household towel, then heat up a little olive oil again. Put the leeks in the pan, and when it has collapsed a little, add the mushrooms as well. Cook, stirring often, for 3-4 minutes. At the very end, salt and pepper.

4. Serving
Take the vegetables from a plate and place the salmon fillet on top. Sprinkle with almond slices.
