Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Work the whole mass well with your hands or a wooden spoon.

(Hint: If you oil the board on which you put the kneaded meatballs, you will be able to put it in the baking tray more easily.) Take them in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and put them in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 12-15 minutes. If you made smaller meatballs, it will take approx after 8 minutes, check to see if they’ve been fried golden brown so you don’t overcook them. When done, take it out of the oven and set it aside.
