  • catfish
  • jasmine rice
  • cashew nuts
  • bok choy
  • spring onion
  • garlic

  • honey
  • soy sauce
  • coconut milk
  • coconut oil
  • craft butter
  • salt
  • pepper

Required tools:

  • large pan

Cooking

1. Kókuszrizs

Put the jasmine rice in a strainer and wash with cold water, then drip. Fry in a third of the coconut oil, just enough to whiten the eyes, salt and then pour in the coconut milk and 1 dl of water. Start boiling. When boiled, cover and cook over low heat for approx. In 12 minutes. When it has boiled the water, remove it from the heat, stir it over with a fork and let it stand covered.

2. Alapanyag

The ingredients may get wet from the steam, the meats may release juice, if you experience this, wipe them dry with a paper towel.

While the rice main, chop the garlic and ginger. Thinly slice the white and green parts of the spring onion separately. Roughly crush the cashews.

3. Újhagyma

Egy serpenyőben hevítsd fel a még megmaradt kókuszolaj felét, majd tedd a serpenyőbe a fokhagyma felét, majd a gyömbért és az újhagyma fehér részét. Salt and pepper. Folyamatosan kevergetve főzd kb. 1 percig.

4. Bok choy

Put the bok choy in the pan as well and cook for approx. For 2-4 minutes, or until the bok choy leaves are slightly collapsed. Salt and pepper again. If the bok choy has collapsed, take it out of the pan and place on a plate. Cover to keep warm.

5. Szürkeharcsa

Heat the remaining coconut oil in the same pan in which the bok choy was browned before. While the oil is warming, salt and pepper both sides of the catfish. When done, put it in the pan and bake for 3-4 minutes per side. When one side is baked, after turning the fish over, sprinkle the remaining garlic in the pan.

6. Méz+vaj+szójaszósz

After about 1 minute, pour the honey, butter and soy sauce into the pan after melting the butter. While the fish is ready, sprinkle with this honey-soy sauce.

6. Tálalás

Serve the fish with the honey-soy sauce next to the bok choy and coconut rice. Garnish with coarsely chopped cashews and green onions.

Enjoy your meal!
