Preparation
1. Sweet potatoes
Preheat the oven to 230 ° C / 210 ° C (air-mixed). Quarter the red onion. Put the sweet potatoes in a mixing bowl, sprinkle with one of the olive oils, salt, pepper and sprinkle with red pepper. Put the baking paper in the baking tray, place the sweet potatoes and onions on it. Bake approx. for 30 minutes (turn over the vegetables at half time) or until brown and soft.
2. Harissa meatballs
Cut 2/3 of the coriander, take the rest aside for serving. In a mixing bowl, mixed it with the minced meat and half of the harissa sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. With wet hands make 6-8 balls.
3. Cook
Heat some olive oil in a pan. On a medium flame – moving the pan frequently – cook each side of the balls until they get a little color, then cover with a lid and moving less frequently cook it ready (about 10-15 minutes).
4. Sauce
In a mixing bowl, mix the yogurt with the remaining harissa sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Set aside until served.
5. Serving
Divide the fried red onion into petals, put it with the sweet potatoes and harissa meatballs on the plate. Sprinkle with coriander set aside for serving and serve with yogurt sauce.
