Cut the garlic and the spring onion into thin slices. Put the potato rings in a saucepan and start cooking over high heat in salt water. When the water boils, reduce it. Approx. In 10-12 minutes to cook. When done, pour the water off the potatoes.

2. Onions & Spinach

Heat the coconut oil in a pan and fry the garlic and the spring onions. If they start to become fragrant, add the spinach as well.

3. Creamy potatoes

If the spinach has sauted, salt it, add the cooked potato rings, then sprinkle with cayenne pepper and pour over the cream. Also add nutmeg to taste.

4. Salmon

Heat the butter in a pan and put the salmon fillets skin side down. Salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with sumach. Fry for 2-3 minutes, then turn over and fry for another 1-2 minutes.
